About Oviya Shakthi

“Oviya Shakthi” is an extraordinary cultural dance production by Power of Natyam Dance Company, featuring 30 performers from Ontario. The dance piece, inspired by a child with special needs, highlights new compositions by Guru Madurai R. Muralidharan, and showcases the strength of individuals living with unique challenges.

Artists on the Autism Spectrum to Perform

Our very own SAAAC students, those who are part of our dance program, will be taking part in this exciting event. One of our long time performers and great singer Kirishan Thananjeyan, will be part of the show too! He, along with others, will be showing off their talents in this big show. And, in a heartwarming twist, some of our caring caregivers will also join the performers on stage to share in the storytelling.
