Having worked in hospice palliative care for the majority of my nursing career I know first hand how important this service is to individuals and families at one of the most important times of their lives. I also know how important community support is to achieving their goals. Join in me raising the funds needed to help Hospice Halifax to continue to offer such a valuable service.
