We need Hospice & all the phenomenal support, unconditional compassion, care, and so much more that the Hospice Halifax Team provide! As a volunteer at Hospice Halifax, I get to see on a regular basis what this incredible team of professionals do for so many who come through the doors of Hospice and seek comfort, love, care & support. The least I can do is Walk for Hospice. Please support me as I walk for this very important cause. Thanks to all!
