Hospice/Palliative care has been a major part of my life for over 30 years. I will walk in memory of all the patients and families who let me into their lives at a time of vulnerability and allowed me to join their journey at end of life. My new rescue pup Teddy will join me!
It’s been a year this May since we lost our dear Mom and Nanny in the arms of this wonderful place Halifax Hospice. There are no words to describe the love and genuine care she received from this beautiful place and staff. For her almost 2 month stay we continued as a family to be amazed daily
