Additional contributions made on this webpage do not automatically register you for an event ticket.Â
We acknowledge and thank everyone who has made supplementary donations for Walkalong and would like to keep this event as accessible as possible to all members of our community. There is a “custom payment” ticket which allows you to put in an amount different than the fixed ticket prices (yes, you can enter “$0” for tickets).Â
Walkalong event tickets do not qualify for a charitable tax receipt. Â
Fundraising FAQs
Yes, if you would like us to add your cash or cheque donations to your own or someone else’s peer-to-peer fundraising team, we can do that for you.Â
Please contact us (see contact form below) for “offline” donation processing.Â
Tax receipts for fundraising contributions exceeding $10.00 will be issued by March 2023.
When you make a donation, please make sure that you have written the correct name and address you would like your charitable tax receipt issued to.
If you are attending the Walkalong event on August 27th, please note that charitable tax receipts are not issued for the purchase of event tickets.
