How do I participate?

If you are starting a team:

  1. Click on Start Your Team in the menu at the top of the page.
  2. Click the link to log in (register).
  3. Enter your email and a password to register.
  4. You will be taken to your dashboard, now you can click the Start Team button.
  5. Enter all information for your team.
If you are joining a team:
  1. If your team captain has provided you with a link to the team, just click Join Team on that page.
  2. If you did not receive a link, you can search the teams at the bottom of the homepage.
  3. Register with your email and password.
  4. Share the team link with your networks and on social media!

What if I can't attend on June 3rd?

That’s okay! You can still register. We encourage you to do your own hike wherever, whenever you wish while still helping us raise important funds.

Do I need to raise a minimum amount of funds?

We appreciate all of the effort you are putting in to help support Carpenter Hospice. We do not set a minimum amount, but ask that you do the best you can. We appreciate you and are so thankful for your support.

What if I have cash and cheque donations?

The week before the Hike, we will set up an evening that individuals and teams can bring in these types of donations so they don’t have to worry about it on Hike day. That communication will be sent out by email.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes! We would love for you to bring your dog with you. We just ask that you please bring the necessary supplies to clean up after them and that they are on a leash at all times.

Why is the countdown not aligning with June 3rd?

The website is open for donations until June 12th. That is what the countdown represents.
